Ciarra graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. With nearly a decade of experience in child care, she has built deep, meaningful connections with the families she’s supported, always prioritizing trust and consistency. Driven by a passion for purposeful work, Ciarra was drawn to New Jersey Angels because of its mission to uplift children and families in foster care.
