Colleen is a senior technology leader with experience building and scaling startups as well as leading within large enterprise software organizations.

Throughout her career, she has focused on growth, transformation, operational excellence, and building strong, people-centered teams. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in leadership. She has completed executive education through The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Oxford.

Outside of her professional work, Colleen is involved in community and nonprofit leadership. She serves on a local nonprofit arts board and helps lead a community a cappella choir. Her connection to the mission of New Jersey Angels is also personal. She has been a foster parent and has experienced firsthand both the joy and complexity that can come with supporting children and families involved in foster care.

She and her family have several "children of the heart" who remain an important part of their lives. Colleen lives in Basking Ridge with her family and two Golden Retrievers.
