Ed has taken a unique path from Montana native to East Coast living. After attending Tufts University and NYU, playing college soccer, and attaining a double major in Theatre and International Business, Ed lived the artist life in NYC for 10 years as a member of a regionally touring original band. He started his work career building a contracting company with a friend from NYU in Long Island that focused on making homes energy efficient, healthy and comfortable. This led to a career in the energy efficiency and sustainability industry where he is currently the VP of Business Development at the National Energy Improvement Fund, a certified B-Corp that focuses on sustainability lending.
After leaving Long Island and settling with his family in New Jersey, Ed came across the NJ Angels. He was looking for a way to give back to the community and found that with the Dare to Dream Program. Ed has been an active mentor with the NJ Angels since December 2022; a program he now considers an "integral and impactful” part of his life. Ed is honored to be a part of the NJ Angels Board and to continue supporting our mission.
