Caroline has always been drawn to work that supports children and families in meaningful ways. Caroline is a mental health advocate and Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting adolescents and adults through trauma-informed and attachment-based therapy approaches. After earning her master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, she gained professional experience working in community mental health and clinical counseling settings, seeing firsthand how consistent, empathetic and trusting relationships support mental health outcomes.
Caroline is inspired by the opportunity to connect her experience in mental healthcare with the work of building supportive relationships and programs for children and families in foster care. She is passionate about helping those in the foster care community feel supported and empowered. She looks forward to connecting volunteers with meaningful opportunities to make a difference and is honored to be part of the New Jersey Angels team!
