Carli Edling (she/her) LCADC, LCSW, CCTP, CAGCS is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist. She graduated from Rutgers University with Honors, receiving a Master’s in Social Work and ACT certificate with concentrations in Addiction Counseling. She has spent 9 years in the addiction and mental health field in a variety of settings providing clinical services, and aiding the development of programs. Carli enjoys working with Adults, adolescents and well as children. She has provided individual, family, and group therapy services at the Community, Inpatient, Detox, Residential, Outpatient, and Intensive Outpatient levels of care and is experienced with abstinence-based programs and harm reduction programs using MAT. Carli believes in the importance of cultural humility and wants to get to know the whole person as she treats her clients and their families who have been struggling with the disease of addiction and mental health. She is dedicated to helping her clients become empowered for healing.
Carli is currently taking advanced ASL (American Sign Language) classes in her spare time in order to one day be able to increase access to care for a very underserved population. Carli gives back to her community in a multitude of ways. She sits on several non-profit board of trustees, and is also a Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC) for the state of New Jersey. Carli is passionate and enthusiastic about her craft, and her love for social work and helping others quickly shows. She is excited to be a part of the team.
